A one-minute walk takes you to Butlers Reef, which hosts fantastic music events and gigs over the summer.



Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the owner's friendly little dog, always eager for a pat. This lovely open-plan retreat is located at the bottom of the owner's home, featuring a separate entrance for great privacy. The spacious layout includes a lounge that opens onto a deck, perfect for enjoying the abundance of bird life.
