The location is excellent, sitting between Porto-Vecchio and Palombaggia, everything is within very easy reach. The pool is the highlight. The patio doors open onto a wide lateral space that feels particularly serene, and the pool itself is vast and was spotlessly clean. The villa has the feel of a real home rather than a rental: the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some. For families, the chests of toys by the pool are a lovely amenity. Our three-year-old adored them, and watching his face light up when he unearthed a wheelbarrow was a real holiday moment. If you’re travelling without children, the sheer volume of things might read as cluttered. With a small child, it worked perfectly. We booked the four-bedroom villa despite being a party of three, because we value the extra space to work and relax, so were disappointed to find one room locked off to us once it was established we didn’t need the additional bed. If you pay for four bedrooms, you expect access to four bedrooms. Check-in also ran to well over an hour, though the owners kindly let us drop our groceries and sit by the pool while the cleaners finished. Finally, on our last night a hinge came away from a bedroom door as a guest opened it, the door had been stiff all week. When we mentioned it at check-out the following morning, the response was disproportionate and unnecessarily emotive. It was a sad note on which to end an otherwise lovely stay.

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot near the Palombaggia beaches

A beautiful, well appointed property that suited our family group (age range 6 to 74) wonderfully. Perched on the brow of a hill, the house is light and airy, tastefully decorated and very comfortable with plenty of room for communal dinners, games and general relaxing. The outdoor area is a dream and the kids were very happy splashing in the pool after days spent on the beautiful beaches nearby. Jerome couldn't have been more helpful and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the vicinity to enjoy. We'd have absolutely no hesitation booking again and indeed hope to return soon :)

Beautiful villa, great location, warm and hospitable owners

We recently stayed at the villa for 1 week in August. We were 2 families traveling with children and this home provided the perfect setting. All of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and their own thermostats. The house was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful pool and outdoor living areas. The hosts, Jerome and Laetitia, are warm, friendly, and extremely accommodating. They speak English fluently and went above and beyond, making numerous reservations at restaurants and beach clubs. I highly recommend this property! Thank you for a lovely stay!
