Overall the stay was good. I might say the photos are not representative of the actual age of things at the house but it was clean. Trash was almost full on arrival but we made it work. The yard had not been mowed. The house did have some plumbing issues and at the insistence of VRBO were corrected in a timely manner. The company also mowed the yard. I would say if someone is looking for a basic home, nothing fancy, so long as the plumbing issues are fully resolved the house and pool are fine. It has the potential to be a nice place. VRBO really stepped in to resolve the issues quickly with the management company. So our vacation was saved.

The house was a great size for our family of 8, plenty of room, sleeping space, common area. For checkin, the property manager reached had great communication. However when we arrived the gate code was wrong. Also, the air conditioning did not cool and the hot tub did not heat. We called and texted maintenance. Never got a call back. Stayed for 4 days, called & left messages every day and no response. Noone called, noone came to the house. Luckily it was unseasonably cool, but it was very disappointing.

Limited to 1,500 characters, so this is only a summary of the main issues we experienced.Three days before arrival, A company named Casago sent an email requesting a selfie, driver's license, and credit card photo. The email went to my junk folder, and because there was no notice through VRBO that another company would contact me, I did not discover it until two days before arrival. The listing identified the host as Jeeves, not Casago. Having never heard of Casago, I questioned whether the email was legitimate. Messages through the VRBO app went unanswered. After contacting VRBO support, they advised the request appeared legitimate but could not reach Jeeves. The verification website would not load and took nearly two hours to work. I spent hours on the phone with VRBO support. We were repeatedly told the host would contact us, but no one did.We did not receive access information until less than two hours before check-in.Upon arrival, the access information did not work. The gate code failed, and we were given four different house codes before one finally worked. Because the access information was wrong, we worried each time we left the property if we would get back in.Other issues included loose pool screens, a dirty pool deck, and only one washcloth per bathroom. The biggest problem was poor communication, incorrect information, and issues that should have been resolved before arrival. I will not book with hosts Jeeves, Casago, or Vacasa again.
