Club-B211 is a fully renovated corner unit condo with a ski in ski out location, panoramic views, and club amenities. With luxurious bedding that is ideal for couples or families, impeccable style and quality, your group will thank you over and over for booking such an amazing property. Please read on for additional information.

The Property:
Club-B211 sets a new standard for the Storm Meadows condos. Purchased in 2025 and extensively renovated with attention to detail, this condo is ready for occupancy in February 2026. The renovation was from the studs out. From the ceilings to floors and everything in between, it's all new. In the bathrooms and kitchens, with the appliances, furnishings, and linens, top quality choices were made. Views from every room serve as a constant reminder of the very special place where you are spending your time, and the on site amenities rejuvenate the body & mind.

Bedroom 1 is the primary suite. It features an extra large room with a King size bed, ski area views, balcony access, a stressless leather recliner, a wall mounted HDTV, a ceiling fan, and of course, an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom includes a dual sink vanity and large walk-in shower. For an indication of the quality you find in this condo, just look at how the tile extends from the inside to the outside of the shower across the bathroom walls, for a seamless look and feel. Bedroom 2 also features a King size bed, ski area views, and balcony access. This room has a pocket door that opens to the living room and wood burning fireplace, as well as a regular door that opens to the hallway and the second bathroom. This second bathroom includes another large walk-in shower, while a single sink vanity allows space for the front loading, high efficiency Miele washer and dryer. Unlike many units in this location, when you at Club-B211, you can pack light and do laundry, or just use them to dry your clothes after a big powder day.

The main living area combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one large, open space. Grab a blanket, a book, and relax on the leather sofa. Warm your toes by the crackling wood fireplace. Take in a delicious meal, play some games, or set up your laptop, with a view of the slopes and the large HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed. With no peninsula or island cramping movement, the space is so functional and free flowing. No space in this condo was left unattended. The entryway and hallway have been set up to keep your coats, hats, helmets and gloves tucked out of the way.

The Ski In Ski Out Access:
There is something amazing about a ski in, ski out location. Whether on fresh powder or fresh groomers, skiing down to the base before the lifts open is a serene, tranquil way to start your ski day. This location is called the Storm Meadows Club Condos, which consists of buildings A, B, and C. This condo is in Club B, which has the first, best, and easiest ski in ski out access. From the condo, take the stairs or the elevator down, grab your skis, and walk out the door. Conditions permitting, you click into your skis or strap on your boards right there, then ski down about 30 meters to the “Right O Way” ski trail, which is a beginner level trail that they groom nightly. Beginners can snow plow their way down this short distance between the building and the groomed trail, but it's so short that walking down is easy too. So that is the Ski Out access. The ski in is different, by design, so that you don't have to walk up this little ski out access, to get home. Instead, as you come down the Right O Way ski trail, you'll veer off farther up the hill, by the Storm Meadows Townhomes. You'll see the signs directing you to Club B right where the “Swinger” trail connects with the Right O Way trail. Veer off of the Right O Way trail here, and coast along past the townhomes, and you immediately come to Club B. Walk inside to store your skis in the locker room and go relax or have your lunch, and head back out for some more fun.

Shuttle Service:
Ski in Ski out is great, but if you aren't skiing, or don't have your rental equipment yet, or just end up skiing down to the base area to enjoy some Apres Ski food, drinks, concerts or events, there is another way to get home. The HOA pays for a ski season shuttle service that goes back and forth between the buildings and the base area's “Gondola Transit Center.”. From there, you can hop on and off of Steamboat's free buses, which run throughout town.
The Location:
When you stay here, you're elevated above the base area, adjacent to the ski slopes and national forest. Keep your eyes peeled for moose, bears, or other wildlife. This location is a quiet respite from the hum of town and the base area. If you're in town for New Years or other times when the ski area puts on fireworks displays, you'll have a wraparound balcony from which to enjoy the show. In all other times, the views and the location are serene, but no less spectacular.

Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
– Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. We will provide you with arrival instructions, local information, and answer any questions you might have.
– Accessing the property with your luggage or groceries is easy. The unit is on the entry level - no stairs!
– Parking: Parking is available for up to two vehicles, but we ask you to keep it to one vehicle if possible, and if you're visiting during a popular time of year. The parking is in a lot, outdoors, and spaces are not assigned. Please note - trailers, campers, and RVs are not allowed.
– 4WD vehicle information: The roads which lead to and from this property are generally easy to navigate and well maintained. However, please note that the route includes hills and curves. So, when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.

** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.

** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. A long term rental / lease agreement may be required. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s) / inspection(s) may be required. The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on.
