• In-unit washer and dryer conveniently located in the bathroom
• Ultra high speed internet for remote work and streaming (1500 mbps)
• Smart TV for your favorite apps
• Utilities included: electricity, hot water, heating, and A/C
• Central vacuum
• Soundproof and independent lower level unit with separate entrance
• Parking on the driveway, with snow shelter in the winter
• Professional cleaning available on request for longer bookings (additional fee)

Born and raised in Montreal, I’ve spent much of my career on the road and quickly learned that hotels aren’t designed for stays longer than a few nights. I created this space with medium-term guests in mind—comfortable, practical, and easy to settle into for a few weeks or a few months. My goal is to offer a place I’d be happy to live in myself: quiet, well-equipped, and welcoming for professionals, relocations, and anyone needing a temporary home base.

Domaine Vert-Sud is a calm, safe, and residential, while still being incredibly practical for day‑to‑day life. You’re close to major roads, bus stops, and big employers, but the streets themselves stay quiet and family‑oriented. I love that you can be at the Mirabel Outlets, in the Laurentians, or heading into Montréal within a short drive, yet come back to a peaceful area at the end of the day. It feels like a true “home base” — convenient for work or errands, with nature and leisure just around the corner.
