Fully furnished 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of Woolloongabba. The furniture has been carefully selected and suits the apartment really well. Walking distance to the Gabba, PA hospital, Kangaroo Point Cliffs, trendy cafes, great schools. Only 1.5 Km to the city with easy access. 5 Minutes drive to CBD, direct bus to CBD access at street level.
This is a well-styled apartment, appointed with modern décor and appliances throughout. The apartment includes 1 x King bed and 1 x Queen bed. The living area features an open-plan layout, with a sleek kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances flowing to a dining area. Sweeping views of The Gabba extend to the two bedrooms, and the apartment includes a study space in the living area, making it ideal for business travelers.
You have the entire apartment to yourself but facilities is shared to residents and other guests.
PARKING ADVICE:
-Car park access is via Trafalgar St. There is also additional parking for visitors.
Please navigating to 32 Trafalgar St, Woolloongabba. The parking gate is located next to the burger shop called Ribs and Burgers. Please use the visitor car parks on the 2nd floor up to 4 hours. After picking up the keys, find your parking spot from Levels 3 to 5.

- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code on the day of your arrival through the booking portal.
- Enter the building, proceed to the elevators, scan the fob, and go to Level 8.
Extra Services:
- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
- We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started
