Rental Rates Exclude:
• Electricity excess charge 7 THB/unit
• Extra person 59 USD/person (available upon request)
• Chef Service charge @1,500 THB/time (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% service fee on the food bill)

Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a standard security measure for the villa owner, a fully refundable cash security deposit of USD 300 is required upon arrival.
• Any minor damages or breakages will be charged at replacement value and must be settled in full before departure. This will be handled by the General Manager if applicable.
