For stays longer than 10 days, a bi-weekly cleaning service fee of USD $50 applies, in addition to a deep cleaning fee at checkout. The service includes replacement of bed linens and towels, and thorough cleaning of floors, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen.

Please also note that electricity consumption is charged separately and is not included in the rental price. Usage is billed based on the meter reading.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the accommodation. If outside, the doors and windows must be closed. Discarding of cigarette and/or cigar ends/butts is not permitted in general areas nor trash cans of the project.

No pets allowed.

No parties or loud music

Do not jump over the balcony rail to get to the other parts of the property, which includes going and coming back from the beach or pool area. Only entry doors and pathways must be used to access the unit.
