Located in South Parkdale below Queen West, next to Liberty Village, across from the gate to Exhibition Place and the Toronto Waterfront. Very flexible stay options available. Fiber internet service. The space
The proeprty was purchased in 2020 before undergoing a major renovation that finsihed in 2022 to replace all its systems and pour a new deep building foundation.

The result is a quiet, reliable, safe, comfortable suite with windows facing out out to the gardens, ceiling heights of 8' throughout, guest-controlled heating, and more.

The side yard is for the exclusive enjoyment by guests as they like.

Guest access
Entry is through a private east-side door using a lockbox intalled. Parking for one vehicle available on the driveway with various spots to secure bicycles.

Other things to note
Preference is given to bookings that fall soon after the suite becomes available. Toronto regulates short-term rental stays, so this suite is meant for those looking for a place to stay for as little as a month and then extend as needed.
