At time of booking guest must confirm with host # of guests, disclose # of animals & provide ID if requested. $25.00 per animal /per night. *If not included in the reservation must be paid upon request . Dogs welcome. No cats or exotic animals.
ESA (emotioal support animals) are subject to the pet fee. Located Sunset Terrace. Private, 6 ft. fenced yard, patio & off street parking.
King Bed, full kitchen, full bath, microwave, full size fridge, stove, coffee maker, W/D, wifi, Near I-40, restaurants, Rt. 66/6th St. Easy access to downtown & medical district. 🚭This is a NON SMOKING property. No smoking inside, outside or on property.
Owner reserves the right to request current ID of all guests.
Exterior ring cameras.
1 facing the driveway & 1 facing the back gate.

Amarillo stay

Property is just as described. Clean and comfortable. Fence yard/patio was so nice! Check in process was so easy! Carol was an absolute delight and even checked to see if we needed anything during our stay! Definitely recommend!

Great for our short stays

We always enjoy staying here on our way to New Mexico. It’s small but always clean and has a nice little fenced yard for our dog. Carol is always very nice and accommodating!

Perfect space!

The place was great! Everything I needed and the host was such a great communicator. She gave me ideas on where to eat and she made sure the lights were on and the place was ready. It was the perfect spot for Amarillo and I hope to return next time I come through!!!

Will stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay passing through Amarillo and traveling with our dog. Everything you need all packed into a cozy little house. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in VRBOs!

Rock house!!

What an absolutely wonderful place!!! It was perfect for my girlfriend and two dogs. And the fenced in yard was fantastic for the pups. Our host, well she was phenomenal!!!! Great communication. Friendly, and helpful! 10 outta 10. Hands down, will stay here again.

This property worked great for our visit. Nice park close by for walking the dog, and close to grocery store. The yard was also great for the dog. If we are in the area again, we will stay there.

Amarillo Cottage

This is a nice clean little cottage that we stayed in twice with our dog. It has a great little fenced yard and was not far from restaurants for dinner. Great little place!

Cute little place

We loved this little house. It is small but well appointed. Clean and well kept. Perfect for a couple. Parking is a little tight, glad I didn’t have my big truck. Awesome fenced in yard. We really enjoyed this place.

Cozy little gem

Stayed 1 night on the way to DFW area. The room was clean, comfy, well organized and had everything you could need for a stay. It was great to have the private backyard area as I was traveling with dogs and it was nice to be able to let them go outside in an area I knew they would be safe. Great for staying with a pet

This place was perfect for traveling with our dog because it had a private, fenced yard so that she could stretch her legs. The bed was comfortable and it really had everything you would need for an overnight stay.

Quick overnight during travel

We were in a long drive and this great little place was perfect for the one night we were in Amarillo. It’s easy to settle in and get some rest. It has a cute patio and dog yard is special.

We were there three nights. Went to the Texas musical. The location was great. It was a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get in and out. Lots of privacy! Great host!
