The only thing that I didn’t like was the checking in part. I was supposed to get a n email telling me our room number and the code to the lock box at the door but the sent that email to the Expedia email instead of mine. they had them both I know because they sent me the email of the payment receipt and said that they would be sending me the code address and the check in instructions which I never received.

Frustrating

The condo is in a great location. We check in; a few hours later, the power goes out in our condo only. I reached out to the contact. She gave me ideas on where to find the electric box. Flipped switches, nothing. She came over and tried herself, plus tried a few other things. Nothing they could do at night. Couldn't get in touch with owners in a timely manner. We had to spend the first evening with no electricity. We were told an electrician would be stopping by to take a look in the morning. It was fixed while we were out for the day. Frustrating.In the book, tell where the electrical box is. Have flashlights and emergency lanterns on hand.

While we are glad the local contact was able to assist you and that an electrician arrived the very next morning to quickly resolve the issue, we apologize for the frustration caused by the partial outage. We have taken your suggestions to heart and are updating our guest information book with the fuse box location, as well as ensuring emergency lighting is easily accessible for future stays.
