Happy Hooves on Burns is a peaceful, pet-friendly farm stay designed for guests who want space to breathe and the rare option to holiday with their horses. Set among rolling paddocks and big country skies, this modern, light-filled home offers comfort, privacy, and genuine rural charm.

You’ll see our horses, cows, goats, sheep & roosters grazing nearby, adding to the charm and relaxed country atmosphere. While they are part of the property’s character, guest areas remain private and separate.

Perfect for couples, small families, or anyone needing a reset from busy city life. Whether you’re visiting the Wollondilly region, attending a local event, or simply escaping for a weekend, this is a place to switch off and settle in

Happy Hooves on Burns is a working rural property with livestock present.

• Guests must not enter paddocks or animal enclosures
• Animals are not to be fed or handled without permission
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Guests accept responsibility for their safety while on the property

We appreciate your understanding and respect for the animals and property so everyone can enjoy a safe and relaxing stay.

We had such a wonderful stay. The place is incredibly well-maintained and everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. The animals were an absolute highlight, so friendly and gentle. The host were equally welcoming and very responsive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.It’s the perfect place to relax and switch off while still being conveniently close to Sydney and surrounded by lovely towns and great places to explore nearby. We would 100% recommend this stay for a getaway with friends or families with little ones. A perfect escape that we would happily return to again!

We had incredible time at the Wollondilly Farm Stay!So tranquil. Beautiful and clean property, incredibly friendly hosts with amazing attention to detail. Kids and adults enjoyed animal interaction and feeding. We will definitely be back again!
