Great location & great apartment!

If you have a family, this is the perfect place to stay! Great location, parking on site, A/C to keep cool - and just a short drive to the beaches! Highly recommend. Will be coming back!

Wonderful holidays in Boulouris sur Mer

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful spot right on the Mediterranean coast. We received a very warm welcome from our hostess and felt completely at home. The small apartment has everything a family needs on a daily basis. The location is ideal. The bakery, market, and supermarket, as well as bus and train stations, are all within walking distance. For us, it's the perfect place to spend our holidays. Many thanks to Agnes.

Excellent small apartment and friendly owner

We had a very good experience during our three night stay with nothing to complain about. Very functional living for a family of two adults and three teenagers needing a place to stay for three nights while doing excursions along the coast. The apartment was in excellent condition, perfectly located near the sea. The parking area was next to the apartment withing locked gates in what feels as a calm and safe seaside resort area. The apartment was perhaps even better than the pictures show, and quite roomy and functional given the small area, with all basic needs available in the kitchen. The staircase to the top floor is very small but manageable for a normally sized person. The two rooms on the top floor should be considered a single room with a small wall division separating parents and kids beds. The small balcony overlooks a beutiful and tidy garden and even offers a small glimse of the sea. Very friendly, thoughtful and welcoming host that was very easy to communicate with despite some language barriers.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt alles was man braucht, von Waschmaschine bis Mikrowelle, sogar ein Bügelbrett und Fön sind da. Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz ist auch sehr wertvoll. Für mehr als vier Personen ist es etwas eng, aber es geht wenn man sich organisiert. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht, dann war es nicht so wichtig. Die Straße hört man nur vom Bad aus, auf dem Balkon und in den Schlafzimmern ist es ruhig. Strand, Bäcker, Minimarkt und Wochenmarkt sind in unter fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind ebenso nah. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hat uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet.Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man viele wunderschöne Strände und Ausflugsziele in wenigen Minuten.

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Wohnung von Madame Greppo verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut klimatisiert durch zwei Klimaanlagen und zwei Ventilatoren.Perfekt!Es gibt einen schönen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und ein bisschen Meerblick ist auch da.Madame Greppo ist eine sehr angenehme und freundliche Vermieterin.Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Appartement! Madame Greppo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet.Besonders praktisch: Oben bei den Betten gibt es eine kleine Toilette mit Waschbecken – ideal, um nachts nicht nach unten ins Bad zu müssen.Der Balkonblick ist fantastisch, die Lage ruhig und idyllisch – und trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand und in der Stadt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

L'appartement correspond exactement à la description et aux photos. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie très confortable. L'équipement électroménager (haut de gamme), vaisselle... est au top et d'une propreté également irréprochable. On s'installe les yeux fermés. Tout a été pensé pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. L'accueil est généreux et chaleureux.De plus une petite plage est à 5mn à pieds, sans route à traverser. J'ajoute que le prix est plus que correct. Bref une vraie pause dans un endroit très confortable, et la mer, l'Esterel, le soleil...

Tolles kleines Apartment am Meer

Wir können sowohl dass super ausgestattete Apartment, wie den kleinen Ort an der Côte d’Azur selber sehr empfehlen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich durch die Vermieterin Madame Agnes Greppo empfangen und es wurde alles super erklärt. Im Apartment fehlt es an nichts. Bettwäsche oder Handtücher kann man mitbringen oder Mieten. Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt ansonsten keine Wünsche offen. Blick auf das Meer, schöner kleiner Balkon, gesicherte ruhige Anlage. Die Lage ist optimal um die Gegend zu erkunden, kleine Wanderungen zu unternehmen usw, Restaurants, Supermärkte sind Fußläufig in der Nähe. Wir kommen bald wieder!

En un mot pour résumer TOPISSIME. l'accueil et la gentillesse d'Agnès,les petites attentions,le confort,la propreté,la situation tout près de la plage de la Tortue,le parking. Accueil exceptionnel de la part d'Agnès Logement tout à fait conforme à la description, très bien situé (dans une palmeraie et tout près de la mer) Petit balcon pour profiter d'une vue mer (entre les arbres) Parking compris (très important à cet endroit)

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir können uns den Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger gerne anschließen. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wirklich alles vorhanden, Gläser, Geschirr, Küchengeräte, mehr als in vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen. Allerding waren die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher nicht im Buchungspreis enthalten und sie mussten vor Ort extra bezahlt werden. Das sollte im Online-Inserat besser beschrieben sein.
