The Space:
Rivergum Lodge by Tiny Away is nestled in Jancourt East, Victoria, just 2.5 hours from Melbourne. Surrounded by towering gums, rich farmland, and the sounds of native birdlife, our tiny house offers a peaceful escape into nature. Explore iconic destinations including Port Campbell National Park, the Twelve Apostles limestone stacks, Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge, Gibson Steps, and Simpson Speedway.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.
- Drinking water connection is available and two bottles of water are provided daily.
- Please note this is a working farm, access to the farm is not allowed without prior consent.
Advisory:
- This is a working farm. Guests may experience noise from tractors, side-by-side vehicles, quad bikes, and other farm machinery, as well as cows and normal farming-related smells.
- For safety and operational reasons, access to farm areas is strictly prohibited unless prior consent has been obtained.
- Electric fences are in use and will deliver a shock if touched. For safety reasons, guests must remain within designated areas at all times. Due to the working nature of the property and lack of secure fencing, pets are not permitted.
- Firepit and firewood are temporarily unavailable until further notice due to very dry grass conditions that may pose a fire hazard. This precaution is for guest safety. Thank you for your understanding.
