Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island.  This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Additional Property Information:

2026 HOA Run Community Pool: open April- October (opening and closing dates to be announced). 8 am to 8 pm daily, weather & safety concerns permitting.   
Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file
1st floor unit - exclusive use of covered parking under the unit. Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises
This unit will use the North Beach Access for Surf Condos 
No Smoking - No smoking allowed by tenants on the premises
No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises
Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included but are available for an additional fee
