Welcome to this newly built luxury cottage on the pristine shores of Clear Lake, a small and peaceful lake just outside Parry Sound, Ontario. With very few cottages on the lake, this property offers exceptional privacy, tranquillity, and an authentic cottage country escape surrounded by natural forest.
The upper level features a stunning open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, highlighted by soaring cathedral-style windows that flood the space with natural light. The well-appointed kitchen includes a generous island with seating, while a beautiful live-edge dining table provides ample room for large groups to gather and enjoy meals together.
At the end of the hall, opposite the kitchen, the primary bedroom offers a private retreat with a walkout to the deck, TV, walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite featuring double sinks and a glass shower. Two additional bedrooms on this level accommodate five more guests, complemented by a main bathroom that mirrors the en suite with double sinks and a shower. All bathroom mirrors feature built-in LED lighting for a modern, upscale touch. A convenient laundry room completes this floor.
The lower level is thoughtfully designed as a near-mirror of the upper level, making it ideal for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together while maintaining their own private living space. This level includes a second spacious living room, elegant kitchen, and dining area. The primary bedroom features an open-concept bath area, while the remaining bedrooms once again sleep an additional five guests, echoing the layout above.
Outdoors, the property is surrounded by largely untouched forest, creating a serene and natural setting. A dock at the water’s edge invites you to relax, swim, or simply take in the peaceful beauty of Clear Lake—an ideal spot to experience cottage country at its finest.
Located just a short drive from the cottage, the town of Parry Sound offers a variety of dining, shopping, and outdoor experiences. Explore the scenic waterfront and marina, take a cruise through the world-famous 30,000 Islands, or hike the nearby trails of Killbear Provincial Park and the Georgian Bay Biosphere. Downtown Parry Sound features charming shops, cafés, and restaurants, while local amenities, grocery stores, and seasonal festivals make it easy to combine peaceful lakefront living with the convenience and culture of a vibrant cottage-town destination.

Post departure cleaning is arranged immediately following your check out time. Please ensure the short pre-departure cleaning checklist is completed and you have fully checked out of the cottage by your departure time to avoid any additional cleaning fees.

Accessibility

Relatively easy entry and exit from parking area (few if any stairs, railing(s) where needed)
Very easy - fairly flat property right from cottage to waterfront




Waterfront There is 310 feet of frontage, with shallow water immediately off the shoreline, quickly deepening to 5-6’ deep off the dock. Access to the water is best off the dock. The lake has a rock and sand bottom and is mostly clear of weeds in the swimming area.
Sun Exposure The waterfront has eastern exposure, for great sunrise views!
Boating The cottage’s dock can accommodate guest boats up to 15’ in length, with a public boat launch nearby.


Close-By Attractions

The Massassauga Provincial Park. The park takes in hundreds of windswept islands, inland forests and lakes accessible by canoe or kayak, so great for a day-trip adventure. (10 mins)
Charles W. Stockey Centre/Bobby Orr Hall of Fame. The Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts is the venue for various musical shows and films. Beside it, the Bobby Orr Hall of Fame has a wonderful collection of past and present sports information that will appeal to a wide range of people, plus there are fun interactive activities for the whole family. (20 mins)
Island Queen Cruises. Several different boat cruises are available on Georgian Bay, ranging from 2-hour morning cruises to Island Adventure Tours. (20 mins)
Winter Activities. Ice fishing is available (when ice conditions permit - equipment is not provided), cross-country skiing at Georgian Nordic Outdoor Centre (30 mins), downhill skiing at Mt. St. Louis (60 mins), and the cottage is close to snowmobiling trails.
