EXECUTIVE FLEX OFFICE: Upstairs find a third bedroom that acts as a dedicated, quiet workspace with a pull-out sofa to easily convert to a guest suite for weekend visitors. There's also an additional full bathroom. Perfect for remote professionals.
RELAXATION & WELLNESS: The basement offers a fitness area with a bowflex machine, rower, yoga mats, and massage table. Outside, enjoy summer sunsets and listen to the waves of Georgian Bay from your own fully-fenced backyard that includes a private hot tub, BBQ, and patio furniture. Walk the forested trail that surrounds the neighborhood. Plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy nearby including hiking, golf, water sports (kayaking, paddleboarding, jet skis, etc.), and more.
PRIVATE POOL: Some days you may want to skip the public crowds at the beach. You also get exclusive access to our members-only salt-water pool with large patio offering lots of lounge seating, tables, and washrooms.
PEACEFUL PROXIMITY: Located in a quiet mostly 50+ adult enclave. 15-minute walk to the famous Beach 1 and a 10-minute walk to Stonebridge Town Centre (Walmart/groceries/restaurants), Drive less than 5 minutes to the longest fresh-water beaches in the world. For those wanting a quieter experience, visit the nearby serene shores of New Wasaga, Allenwood, and other quieter beaches.

Term: Strict 90-Day Minimum (Available May – Sept 2026) as per by-laws. Space: 3 BR (upper bdrm a flex space), 3 Bathrooms, Finished Basement. Parking: 2 spots + guest parking.
Discover the perfect summer balance: a sophisticated, newer-construction home tucked away in a mature, quiet community (predominantly 50+ adults), located just steps from the longest fresh-water beach in the world and ongoing events like weekly car shows, festivals, and live music. Outdoor activities such as golf, mountain biking, water sports, hiking, and more are minutes away. Also a short drive to neighbouring towns of Collingwood, Barrie, Midland, and others.
Fit: Ideal for professionals, retired couples, or families seeking a quiet, respectful summer retreat.
Location: Wasaga Beach East End (Near Stonebridge). Rate: $7,500 per month for June - August (3-month). We can discuss extended pricing for those wanting a 4-5 month stay between May through September.
An Ontario Standard Lease will be executed upon approval and a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required upon signing to be applied to the final month of the term.

We chose the East End because it offers a slower, more authentic pace of life than the typical tourist areas. This is a mature, resident-focused community where people still value quiet evenings and a sense of privacy. We love that we can walk the neighborhood trails and the Stonebridge Town Centre for a morning routine, take a short stroll to the nearby beaches, and yet return home to a neighborhood that feels like a true sanctuary. It’s the perfect base for those who want access to the water without the constant foot traffic of the main strip.
