The space
An open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. The 50’s seaside vibe is enhanced by a carefully curated collection of delightful and eclectic decorations and furnishings that will bring a smile to your face.

Guest access
Full house and gardens available to guests including two private outdoor areas. Garage and she shed in backyard are not accessible.

Super fast Internet at the house via direct fibre optic connection . Great WiFi coverage throughout the property.

All internal and external plumbing recently renewed. Brand new dishwasher and new large, wall mounted tv. Weber barbeque available in gazebo outside.

Small, well behaved dogs very welcome.

Autumn and Winter are great times to visit Lakes Entrance. The winter lantern festival is on again with lots of activities in the area.
Lots of sunny days usually.

The house is all setup for comfort. The main Living area and the two main bedrooms have modern split system heaters/coolers. Third bedroom has portable heater and a portable high quality fan. Electric blankets are fitted to all beds and plenty of spare blankets available. 😊
