この施設について

Cottage house with a view

Lovely house above the village of Lescun, a few steps away from the famous trekking path GR10 (across the Pyrénées). The house has 3 floors with 2 bedrooms : 1 bedroom on the top floor (1 double bed 160x200) and 1 bedroom on the bottom floor (1 double bed 160x200 and 1 single bed) from which you can access the bathroom and toilets. Bathroom with shower and WC, fully equiped kitchen (microwave, Nespresso, kettle, oven, fridge,...), 2 terraces with outdoor furnitures, a BBQ, a balcony by the living room. The beds are made, we supply the sheets, duvet and pillows, and tea towels as well for the kitchen, but you need to bring your bath towels (or we can rent some). A travel toddler bed is available.
The big house next door is where we live, but we are discreet and available if needed.
You will find our place quiet with an amazing view on the « Cirque de Lescun », with a big garden.
We can also cook diner for you, my husband Arnaud is a chef and cooks multicultural and traditional meals with local products (booking 48h in advance).
During school holidays, especially July and August, we only take weekly bookings.
Cleaning is not included, if you wish, we offer cleaning service for 45 euros (to be paid upon departure).

Excellent Location!

We absolutely loved the location, views, friendliness of the hosts Sonia and Arnaud. Nothing was too much trouble. They spoke excellent English, which really made our stay all the more enjoyable!

Wonderful week in Lescun

We had a wonderful week in Lescun. The view is amazing. Our kids are allowed to play in the huge garden. Sonia and Arnaud are perfect hosts!

Beautiful location.

Lovely property in a very peaceful and scenic location. The owner recommended excellent activities. We saw many birds of prey from the property. Quite a few of the walks were close by. We would lo e to return.

We would return without hésitation!

A very clean little house in a wonderful location. Sonia and Arnaud are very kind, cheerful, and helpful. Always willing to ensure their guests to have a great vacation on their property. The house are well equipped, and we have a good sense of privacy eventhough they live right next to the house. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the beautiful Lescun.

Pyrenean perfection

What a wonderful place. The cottage is lovely and in an amazing location. And Sonia and Arnaud were just brilliant hosts - nothing was too much and we felt really welcome. The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed and the views in all weather were stunning. Lovely walks from the door and Arnaud and Sonia were always at hand to give us advice on routes. We very much hope to return soon

Amazing home nestled in the mountains

The house is very cozy with outdoor space to enjoy. Unfortunately there was a lot of clouds during our stay but I can only asssume the views would be stunning. Sonia and her husband are so welcoming and friendly and we're very responsive to our questions. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone wanting to explore the Pyrenees mountains or just have a relaxing stay close to stunning nature.

Mountain paradise

I thought I would enjoy staying at Sonia and Arnaud’s from reviewing the listing. However, their home is so much more than I could have hoped for, and they were lovely hosts. A beautiful property with proximity to hiking and incredible views for days when you have managed to over do it on previous days. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, and if you’re looking for quiet time in nature I cannot recommend this listing highly enough.

Lescun Cottage

We had such a wonderful week in Lescun. What a gem! The cottage is up the hill outside of the village which makes it very private but just a short stroll into town. Our hosts, Sonia and Arnaud could not have been more delightful. They were always available to help us navigate our way around the area. The hiking was beautiful and of course the view of the Pyrenees from the cottage is breath-taking. We can't wait to return someday.

We love Lescun

This is an amazing place above the village overlooking the Circ de Lescun. The views are better than in the photos and they change throughout the day. We had a self contained cottage and the owners live next door. The cottage was comfortable, and Sonia ensured we had all we need including a wood fire on cold nights. Sonia and Anaud gave us tips on places (hikes, towns, etc) to visit nearby (including in Spain) and they were all wonderful. For English speakers, it was a great help that they speak it fluently.

Super séjour

Excellent séjour. Sonia et Arnaud ont été très accueillants et disponibles si besoin.Le logement est très agréable et conforme à l'annonce. Il ne manque vraiment rien. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance avec le temps et nous avons pu profiter de la vue incroyable depuis les 2 terrasses parfaitement orientées. De nombreuses randonnées possibles autour de Lescun. Une adresse parfaite!

Petite maison au-dessus du village, calme absolu. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Les coussins sur d'anciennes palettes font office de sofa 2 places et ne sont pas confortables ; la salle d'eau avec wc est très étroite et peu fonctionnelle. Le site est très joli et permet de belles balades.

Bonjour, je vous avoue que c'est la 1ère fois que nous avons des clients aussi désagréables qui visiblement n'étaient pas contents d'être en vacances à la montagne. Pour le canapé que dire...relisez l'annonce et les photos. Je suis désolée que notre salle de bains (et non pas salle d'eau) ne vous convienne pas, c'est la première fois en 3 ans que nous avons ce commentaire, je vous conseille vivement de lire le descriptif d'une annonce et de bien regarder les photos avant de faire votre choix afin de sélectionner ce qui vous conviendrait le mieux. Je vous rappelle que nous vous avons fourni gratuitement et à votre demande une grande quantité de bois supplémentaire car vous nous avez dit être très frileux. Vous avez surchauffé la maison, ce qui n'est très eco-responsable, (il y faisait 25 degrés au thermomètre à votre départ) alors que le weekend a été beau, doux et ensoleillé. Nous sommes restés accueillants et à votre disposition malgré votre attitude (jamais bonjour ni merci), vous nous avez fait part de votre mécontentement sur la météo, désolée mais Lescun en octobre ca n'est pas la côté d'Azur, comme précisé dans l'annonce nous sommes à 1000m d'altitude...Nous avons bien compris que vous n'aimiez pas la montagne en automne, mais nous ne sommes pas responsable de votre choix de vacances, j'espère que vous saurez trouver quelque chose qui vous conviendra mieux la prochaine fois, pensez à bien regarder les annonces. Superbe !

Gite vraiment très agréable avec une superbe vue sur le cirque de Lescun. Sonia est pleine de bons conseils sur la région et est très sympathique et accueillante. Un séjour vraiment agréable, nous n avions plus envie de repartir !!

De cirkel van Lescun

De ligging van het huis is subliem. Je zit in een cirkel van hoge bergtoppen. Lescun een mooi klein bergdorp. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Hier komen we beslist nog eens terug.
