Inspired by Copenhagen’s calm design, it blends tatami, kotatsu, and raised-floor living with modern simplicity.

Wooden textures and gray tones create a peaceful space.
The sunny kotatsu lounge is ideal for relaxing or working.

Washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances are provided.
Supermarkets and the station are within walking distance.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. All rooms are non-smoking.

🏡 Living Room (1st Floor)

The living room blends traditional Japanese elements such as shoji screens, tatami mats, and a raised floor area into a warm and relaxing space.

Soft natural light comes in through large windows, and the high ceiling creates an open and spacious atmosphere.

Two beds are placed on the raised platform, allowing you to relax and sleep comfortably as part of the living area.

A kotatsu (heated table) is available, keeping you warm in winter and providing a cozy place to unwind.

This space is ideal not only for gathering and relaxing, but also for reading or working.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining Area

The dining area features a wooden table and a kitchen with a counter.

All essential kitchen appliances, including a microwave and refrigerator, are provided for your stay.

The cooking and dining areas are separated by the counter, making it easy to cook while chatting, or to use the counter as a workspace.

This layout offers both comfort and convenience.

🛋️ Second-Floor Lounge

The second-floor lounge is designed in calm, low-tone colors, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

An L-shaped sofa provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind.

A sink is also available, allowing you to enjoy a self-contained living space on this floor.

With indoor plants and a quiet setting, this area is perfect for guests seeking a relaxing stay.

🛏️ Second-Floor Bedroom

This simple and spacious bedroom features one bed and one futon.

A dresser is also provided for getting ready or light work.

With minimal decoration and plenty of open space, the room offers a calm environment to help you recover from travel fatigue.
Electric blankets are available during winter for extra warmth and comfort.

🚿 Other Facilities

The washroom is equipped with a separate sink, making it easy to prepare in the morning or before going out.

A washing machine is available, making long stays and consecutive nights more comfortable.

Restrooms are located on both floors.

The bathroom features warm wooden finishes and includes both a bathtub and a shower, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

In addition, a separate shower room is available for quick use or for groups staying together.

The shower room is equipped with a clothes dryer, allowing you to dry laundry conveniently.

There are two parking options available.
• One parking space for a compact/light car is available on the property.
• An additional contracted parking lot is located about a 3–4 minute walk away.
