The property was gorgeous and well appointed. The restoration of the Manse and Church has been a true labour of love for Garry and Janice. Inside, not one detail was overlooked. Garry and Janice are wonderful hosts, so helpful and thoughtful and very engaging. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. It is an ideal location between Smiths Falls and Perth and all that those towns have to offer.

What a fantastically rsored Chiurch manse, standing next to an 19830's church that Hosts Gary and Janice restored over meany years. The quality of the restoration work is breathtaking. Gay and Janice are the perfect hosts, the Welcome apple curmble was very much a hoit and so thoughtful. Gary and Janice couldn't do enough for you. 4 says isn't justice to do perth and the surrounding area just3ice, so we will be booking a week's trip next spring!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful The Manse is, thanks to Janis and Garry! The history and presentation is beautiful. They have succeeded in creating a space where you can relax and re-center your mantra. Their thoughtfulness is obvious with all the accoutrements and lovely touches that can make such a difference at the end of a crazy day. Janis is an incredible artist with more talent than I’m capable of describing. If you want to stay in a great location (Perth, Smiths Falls, Ottawa, Westport) with, in my experience and opinion, the best “vibe” in addition to fantastic accommodations, this is the BEST option if available!!!
