* Beach Access: This is a shared access with other neighbors**Please be respectful of our neighbor's property. Parking at beach access is prohibited. *Feel free to walk to the beach or use the provided beach cart or golf cart to transport your personal items. No bonfires/campfires, motorized vehicles, or glass containers allowed on the beach. Bring trash back to the house and dispose of in designated trash bins.

* No hunting on the Property.

* You are Upnorth where Wildlife lives - Food & garbage attracts unwanted visitors - Dispose in recepticle with lid at the house located in garage.

* Parties & Social gatherings **and other social functions are strictly prohibited.
