★Key★ I only have one key for guests.

Please keep the key with you at all times. Do not leave the key in the room or lock it inside; otherwise, you will need to contact a locksmith to open the door.

★Bedding★ I will request the cleaning company to provide bedding. Each guest will receive one towel during their stay.

★Parking★ Parking space for 2 cars.

★Parties are strictly prohibited.
★If any party does not attend, the police will be notified, the reservation will be cancelled, and no refund will be given.

★Pool★ There is a swimming pool. This is a quiet place. Guests are required to keep noise levels low at all times.

Please note that we occasionally arrange for professional gardeners and pool service technicians to visit the property for routine maintenance. They will only enter the outdoor areas and not the property itself.
