Fresh and beachy, bright and sunny 2 BR/2 BA bay view. 2 week minimum stay required. Queen bed in Master Bedroom along with flat screen tv with Dvd & Vcr, 2 Twins in the Guest Bedroom. Sleeper sofa & rollaway bed as well as flat screen tv in Living Room. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms with tub/shower combination. Upgraded kitchen.

Pool, Tennis, pickleball courts, fishing dock and shuffleboard are open

Club house, fitness center and bocce ball are under repair at this time

Runaway Bay is an active construction zone at this time

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, fitness center, Bbq grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and Wifi internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
