We do have a Ring Doorbell Camera upstairs pointing towards the street. The only thing that can be seen is your car. Nothing is recorded. There are no other security cameras.
Guest access
The experienced know parking can be a challenge at rentals along The River. But at Nine Trees you have your own dedicated off-street parking right in front of your apartment with easy pull in and out.
Other things to note
Nine Trees is:
•A 3 minute walk to the local's coffee shop, Bia Cafe, tell them Tony sent you.
•Less than a 5 minute drive to Safeway.
•18 minutes from bed to Goat Rock beach and the Pacific ocean.
•10 minutes to Korbel winery.
•And 1 and a 1/2 hours to San Francisco by car. Although I recommend the SMART train out of Santa Rosa to Larkspur, where you can hop on the ferry across the bay into The City at the Embarcadero.
•If you play golf, the public Northwood Golf Course is a short 3 minute walk, as is Northwood Bistro with a full bar and restaurant, good home cooking using local produce and meats.
