Full heating and cooling, with 4 reverse-cycle air conditioning units located throughout the home (including two of the three bedrooms).

Original kitchen was recently refreshed and is fully equipped and functional.

Driveway easily accessible via double gates, providing off-street parking for 3 cars, or a safe and convenient place to store a boat or caravan.
