Pretty house of 105 m2 with garden and swimming pool, refurbished, at the foot of the Montagne de Lure. <br>Very large living room, ideal for families or groups of friends. 3 bedrooms, plus an office. 2 shower rooms and two toilets. Forcalquier region, Luberon, halfway between the sea and the mountains. Ideal for discovering Provence, the Verdon gorges, the Valensole plateau, the Lure mountain, the pre-Alps of Digne, Banon and its famous bookshop Le Bleuet.<br>Nature lovers, hiking and outdoor sports will be delighted.<br><br>The accommodation<br>The house is fully equipped with appliances. Very functional kitchen and scullery.<br>Fully fenced garden not overlooked. Close to playground (skate park, mini tennis court, synthetic football field, ping pong table, basketball court). 4 sun loungers and Balinese bed available around the pool.<br>A municipal swimming pool and tennis court, open in summer 5 minutes by car (St Etienne les orgues)<br><br>Traveler access<br>Possibility to park a car within the enclosure. Parking on the ground for a medium-sized car.<br>Bed linen and towels are included. <br>There are 3 independent bedrooms equipped with double beds. Banon and Sisteron are 30 minutes away (25 km) and Forcalquier is 25 minutes away (19 km). Saint Etienne les Orgues 7 minutes away (5 km)

very nice provencale house on a quiet little spot in the peaceful town of Cruis. Excellent swimming pool, good beds and plenty of kitchen space to cook.A bakery is 3 mins walk away, just like a small bistro. Supermarket at 5 mins.We stayed with two older children. The house is in divided in two parts so you won't hear eachother in the morning or late evening if bed times are much apart. We loved the stay here!

Lovely Holiday home

We stayed with 2 family's with a total of 7 persons. The house was big enough for all of us and we loved and enjoyed the pool very much! The sleeping couch is not very comfortable so I recommend this house for max 6 persons (there are 3 2-person beds). The little village is very peaceful and quiet. We really recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and peaceful environment in the middle of the Provence, with lots of beautiful spots to visit in it's surrounding. (We went to different places with a travel time between 30minutes up to 1,5 hour)

Pratique et efficace

3 jours au mois de novembre ce qui n'est pas la meilleure période. La maison est bien équipée, spacieuse et commode. Merci à Priscilla pour sa disponibilité et son écoute.

Séjour agréable, mais perfectible

Malgré quelques petits soucis sans gravité à l’arrivée, et qui ont été réglés très rapidement par nos hôtes, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Maison parfaitement équipée, on y trouve tout le nécessaire et même le superflu, nous avons été agréablement surpris, tout est conforme à l’annonce. La maison est située dans un quartier calme (petit bémol quant à la circulation dans la rue qu’on entend lorsqu’on dort les fenêtres ouvertes) Quelques petits bémols et pistes d’amélioration : -un peu de rafraichissement serait appréciable, en particulier les peintures qui ont souffert et cloquent, ainsi que le jardin qui commence doucement à ressembler à une petite jungle au niveau du passage vers la terrasse. Il serait bienvenu également de débarrasser les anciennes chaises stockées au fond du jardin. -La cuve à fioul située dans le garage dégage une forte odeur qui se répand dans la maison dès que la porte est ouverte (crises d’asthme et maux de tête à la clé pour ma part) -La deuxième salle de bains sent fort l’humidité et le renfermé. La lumière au-dessus du lavabo présentait un faux-contact, nous avons préféré ne pas l’utiliser, il faut sécuriser ce point. -Les moustiquaires sont totalement inefficaces car pleines de trous, et les moustiques tigres sont très nombreux ! -Une chaise longue supplémentaire serait bienvenue (2 chaises longues pour 4 personnes ou plus c’est un peu juste, la 3ème était hors d’usage) -Un nid de guêpe dans la cheminée de la maison voisine.

Idéal pour passer un séjour en pleine campagne mais avec tout le confort d'une maison bien équipée

Promenades variées dans les collines environnantes, visite des petits villages et des localités plus connues comme Sisteron et Forcalquier... Bref, un plein de découvertes de plein de lieux authentiques !
