Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood. We had easy access to the interstate and into Salem for our softball tournament. There were tons of linens and a well stocked kitchen with a griddle, toaster, and coffee makers. Fire pit was so fun with a fully stocked wood shed, although we did have to go buy a lighter. Thanks for a fun week!

The house itself was very nice. Very well stocked and nice, comfortable beds. Big, nice backyard. A few issues we had were the ice maker didn't work, the fireplace didn't work and there were three slats in the fence that were loose enough for our dogs to get through. We had to block them with chairs from the backyard table.Also, check in was a nightmare. We were told ahead of time that we could check in early at 1 PM and charged an additional 98 for that. We arrived at 1 PM sharp and found a bunch of trash and cleaning supplies stack up by the front door. Dirty dishes in the sink, garbages full and none of the beds made. We contacted the host and they replied immediately that they would look into the situation. In the meantime, the cleaner showed up, shocked to see us there and told us no one had told her of our early check in. She even said she was required to send them pictures of the completed house after each cleaning so they would know it was ready for the next check in. And hadn't done that. She was very sweet and got to work immediately. But it still took her 3 hours to completely clean the house and we had to wait outside on the back deck in the rain that whole time. They DID refund our early check in fee and apologized profusely, but it still put a big damper on the start of our trip.

We’re glad you enjoyed the nicely stocked home, the comfortable beds, and the big backyard, and we’re sorry the start of your stay was disrupted by cleaning and check-in issues, along with the ice maker, fireplace, and fence slats. We’ve noted those problems and will be taking steps to address them so the experience is much smoother for future guests.
