Welcome to our cozy and comfortable 1-bedroom private basement suite!

This fully self-contained suite features one separate bedroom with a comfortable bed, plus an additional bed in the living room, accommodating up to 4 guests. It is perfect for families, small groups, or business travelers.

The suite includes a private bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a double-burner cooktop, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, and essential cookware, allowing you to prepare simple meals during your stay and enjoy the convenience of home.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to Highway 1, our suite offers excellent connectivity for travelers driving to nearby cities, shopping centers, restaurants, and daily amenities.

This was a wonderful surprise for us! The space was larger than we anticipated, and very comfortable.It was very easy to load/unload the vehicle as we were given space in the carport to park - very close to the entry. This was very appreciated as we would have otherwise packed/unpacked in the rain.The host is responsive, polite, and provided us with any information asked so we could enjoy our stay.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families!

Overall the unit was excellent. Our biggest surprise and disappointment was when we discovered there was no TV. It is also important to know that it is not wheelchair accessible.Again Overall we were pleased with this accommodation.

very nice place, i was honestly a bit worried causw their were very few photos, it was just the closest to my.friends house and cheapest so i picked it and i was very pleasently suprised they had a full kitchen, 2 beds, a organ piano, tables, a tea set. It was very nice and very clean. Mr. Young was also very polite, and considerate, asked frequently how we were doing and if hr could help with anything. Even offered to refund us for one or two amenities for the house that we purhased for our stay.
