Special August Offer
Stays between July 31 and August 28 are available at a discounted rate as we will be installing new heat pumps in the building during this period. The work is expected to cause minor daytime disruptions for approximately 3–5 business days, such as contractor activity and intermittent noise. All work will take place during normal business hours, and the apartment will remain fully functional throughout your stay. We've discounted these dates to reflect this temporary inconvenience.

• The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed by one flight of stairs. There is no elevator. Guests should be comfortable using stairs.
• This apartment is located in a classic Halifax home. While it has been updated, it retains the charm and character of an older property rather than the feel of a newly built condominium.
• There is no on-site parking. Paid street parking is available nearby through the Halifax Regional Municipality.
• Bedrooms include dressers/ clothing racks for storage rather than traditional built-in closets.
