Stay tucked away in our updated, clean and comfortably-furnished Lewes townhome. It's the perfect place for family and friends, and well-behaved, non-shedding family members too (dog)! Our quiet community is located east of Coastal Highway and is only 1.5 miles away from Historic downtown, Savannah (formerly Lewes) Beach, and Cape Henlopen. It's a short block away from the Lewes-Georgetown and Junction-Breakwater trails, and walkable to many nearby places to eat and shop. Our coastal-decorated home has everything you're looking for to relax and be comfortable!

- Take a walk to Historic Lewes (~ 1.5 miles) and all of its wonderful restaurants/shops
- Access the Georgetown-Lewes bike trail (~0. 2 mile) and ride to Cape Henlopen State Park (~5 miles) or pedal around on the Georgetown-Lewes Trail
- Shop local at nearby shops or nearby Tanger Outlets on Route 1
- Drive to Rehoboth Beach and visit the boardwalk (~ 6 miles) or take a ride on your bike on the Junction-Breakwater Trail (~30 mins)u

Cozy, comfortable, and clean! This rental is an excellent base from which to explore Lewes, Delaware. You are a little ways out of town, but with a car you can get to the town's varied shops and restaurants or to the nearby Cape Henlopen State Park. The hosts have an informative quide to help you make the most of your stay.

Immaculate home upon our arrival. Super easy check in. Quiet neighborhood, but super close to downtown Lewes and bike trails. Walking distance to Lewes Brewery if anyone is interested in that! ;-) Judith was an excellent host. Looking forward to our next trip to Lewes!

Great location, plenty of space for a large family, straight forward and all encompassing communication about the property, process and local recommendations, kids loves the variety of games available. Will be back in future summers!

While we had a rained out Memorial Day weekend stay, this place was a great find - comfortable and clean, appreciated the collection of games and stocked kitchen, and plenty to do in the area even with bad weather.

The property was excellent. Probably the best communication with an owner we’ve ever had.Of note towels and sheets NOT provided. We did not see that until we were on the way. Just be prepared. Think it’s a Delaware beach thing. Also short walking distance to a good ice cream store.

Just what my family needed! Perfect sized town home, clean, comfy, beautifully decorated, and relaxing. The beds were all very comfortable and we slept great. We had just about all the amenities needed for our 3 day stay. I do wish towels were provided both bath and beach. It also would have been nice to have beach chairs and some bikes on hand. The location is about a 10 minute car ride to the Savanah beach, which is on the bay side. You’re about a 7 minute ride to historic Lewes. Great restaurants and shops. This was a great location away from the hustle and bustle but easy access to anywhere.

We had a great stay. The house is cute, convenient and comfortable. You have to bring your own sheets and towels but that was ok for us because we were driving.

Really lovely stay at this home. The house was exactly as described and was very neat and clean. it had all the amenities that we needed. Check-in and out Instructions were very easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our time in celebration of a wedding. Our host was very communicative, helpful and even did a dance to help improve the weather! Also appreciated that they are dog friendly.

Great space for family of four

This house was the perfect size for two adults and two tweens to enjoy a beach vacation. Very clean house and quiet neighborhood. Close enough to easily explore Lewes, Cape Henlopen, and Rehobeth beaches. Would stay here again!

Perfect location and excellent property

The townhouse was a great place for our family beach vacation. The property is clean, updated, nicely decorated and well appointed. It’s a great location being close to both Lewes and Rehoboth. Will stay here again for sure and highly recommend it!

It is the place where we want to spend our time and create memories as a family. When we say our kids love the water - they do! Whether it’s spending time with family in beachside Florida or lakeside Indiana, the amenities found in Lewes captures both places in one. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we have and we welcome you and your family as our guests!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Henlopen Gardens is accessible to so many places within DelMarVa. The Georgetown-Lewes bike trail sits just around the corner. Choose your destination! Is it to Cape Henlopen where you can access the path to Rehoboth Beach or north towards Georgetown where you can stop at a distillery or grab ice cream! Our quiet community sits hidden, but in a central location in Lewes. Walk to the Farmer's Market on Saturday or to downtown Lewes (~1 mile) or drive to the Bay (~1.5miles). So much to see and so easy to get to all the places! If you choose, relax inside our home where the three floors allows ample space for everyone in your family.
