This is a quiet neighborhood. Guests are required to keep noise levels under control at all times.

Parties, excessive noise, and bringing pets onto the premises are strictly prohibited. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate police intervention, cancellation of the reservation, and forfeiture of the booking fee (no refunds). Please ensure you are comfortable with these rules before booking.

For security purposes, outdoor cameras monitor the yard area. There are absolutely no cameras located inside the house.

The property features a two-car garage; however, one of the parking spaces is occupied by the host's vehicle. We provide one secure parking space within the garage, as well as free street parking, so having multiple vehicles is not an issue.
⚠️ Please do not park in the neighbors' driveways.

Please note that we occasionally schedule professional gardeners and pool maintenance technicians to visit the property for routine upkeep. They will only access the outdoor areas and will not enter the interior of the house.

Pool and Garden Maintenance Notice

Please be advised that the pool and garden areas undergo regular maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness. Maintenance personnel may occasionally access the outdoor areas (such as the garden or pool area) to perform tasks such as lawn mowing or pool maintenance.

They do not require access to the interior of the house, and guests' privacy is always respected.
