Montclair Place is approximately three minutes away, Claremont Hills Wilderness Park is about eight minutes away, Ontario International Airport is roughly eighteen minutes away, and the charming cafés and boutiques of Claremont Village can be reached in around twenty minutes. Other Things to Note

By booking this Hotel Suite, you agree to comply with the following essential house rules. Smoking cannabis is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors, including patios and surrounding areas. If cannabis use is part of your plans, this property will not be suitable for your stay.

The total number of guests and visitors must never exceed the number stated in your reservation. Additional visitors are not permitted at any time. If occupancy exceeds the booked guest count, a charge of two hundred dollars per extra person per night will apply.

Cigarettes and vaping are allowed only outdoors and several feet away from windows and doors. All cigarette waste must be properly disposed of. Any cigarette remains found on the property will result in a three hundred dollar cleaning fee.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, loud music and excessive bass are not allowed. A noise monitoring device is installed to measure sound levels only and does not record conversations. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

A maximum of one vehicle is permitted on the property, corresponding to the assigned garage space. No additional parking is available, and street parking is not allowed.

For security and safety purposes, exterior cameras monitor the front entrance and garage areas. These cameras are used to ensure compliance with occupancy rules and to maintain a secure environment.

After confirming your booking, you will be required to provide two additional contact phone numbers and one email address for emergency purposes. Failure to follow these rules may result in financial penalties, immediate cancellation of your reservation, or eviction without refund.
