My place is located in one of the main and most prestigious neighborhoods of São Paulo. The apartment is situated 2 blocks from Avenida Paulista and the Brigadeiro metro station. You'll love my place because, in addition to the perfect location, it was recently renovated. It includes valet parking, garage, cable TV, Wi-Fi, basic housekeeping and cleaning, air conditioning, kitchen, and many other services, all included in the price of your stay (laundry and other services are paid separately). My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families. Paulista Avenue, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Bakeries, Beauty Salons and much more. IMPORTANT NOTE: As is the case in practically all 1-bedroom flats, my flat has BEDROOM 1 integrated with the living room, kitchen and bathroom. This room has a large sofa that converts into a double bed. In addition, my space has a separate 2nd bedroom (BEDROOM 2), consisting of 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed. Therefore, it is considered a 2-bedroom flat. NOTE: Although we always try to keep them up-to-date, over time, the photos of the apartment may become slightly outdated in relation to some of the apartment's furniture and utensils. If you have any relevant questions, please ask them before requesting a reservation. Other observations: IMPORTANT NOTE: Our apartment/flat is located within the London Class Suits SP complex, and furthermore, our daily rate is approximately 53% cheaper than the rack rate charged by London Class Suits for the SAME type of apartment/flat. IMPORTANT NOTE: We offer a DISCOUNT of approximately 17% on the daily rate for stays of 30 days or more. NOTE: For everyone's security, after confirmation of the reservation, the parties will enter into a private standard accommodation contract. NOTE: The final price includes garage services. 1 parking space and valet service; 24-hour concierge and security; Wi-Fi; basic cleaning 3 times a week (making beds, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, taking out the trash); basic maintenance (simple repairs); use of sauna, pool, gym and common areas; water consumption, cable TV (1 point); plus the condominium fee and property tax (when applicable). NOTE: The price charged for accommodation does NOT include the provision of linens (bed and bath towels) or blankets/throws. If the guest needs linens and/or blankets, I can provide them, however, an additional security deposit will be charged (for washing and storage). NOTE: Regarding linens and blankets, we have the following options: A) 1 set of linens per guest (bed linen + towel) = Unit price of R$ 49.00. B) 2 sets of linens per guest (bed linen + towel) = Unit price of R$ 85.00. C) 1 blanket/throw per guest = Price of R$ 39.00. Blanket/Throw. For stays longer than 20 days, I think it's a good idea to have 2 sets of linens, because while you wash one set, the second set can be used. But it's up to the guest. Payment for the linens must be made before check-in, via deposit into the owner's account. NOTE: The daily rate already includes the cost of cleaning before departure. Normally, for rentals longer than 15 days, the host may also charge an additional amount for the electricity bill for the period, since electricity usage is very personal and varies greatly from user to user, making it impossible to charge a pre-arranged amount. Consult the host at the time of booking for details on such charges/amounts.
