The apartment itself was very clean and just as the pictures portrayed. The details in the listing concerning the noise from the bands at the bars across the street was accurate, a pair of earplugs was even provided on the bedside table which was thoughtful. It was nice to have the kitchen so as not having to eat out every time. The kitchen was decently equipped, although it was missing just a couple things that would have been helpful like pot holders, a pizza pan/baking sheet, and Saran wrap or baggies for leftovers. The balconies at the front of the building were the absolute best spot so have dinner and bevies while listening to amazing music and people watching. However they were not as clean as the apartment, lots of cigarette butts everywhere including in the planters, trash that never got cleaned up, cushions that were grungy and had burn holes in them.
