The Space:
This beautiful, brand‑new design villa is perfectly situated between Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach, offering a luxurious blend of comfort, style, and breathtaking views over the Spanish Water. Large windows throughout the home create a seamless indoor–outdoor living experience, filling the villa with natural light and connecting every space to the surrounding scenery.
The villa features six spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and a private TV. From the upper‑floor balcony, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view over the Spanish Water — an ideal spot to unwind at any time of day.
Both inside and outside, the villa offers large dining tables where your group can gather for meals, drinks, or long conversations. Outside, a barbecue is available for relaxed evenings together. The front terrace is expansive, featuring a private pool, plenty of sun loungers, and a refreshing outdoor shower. At the back of the villa, an additional terrace allows you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening.
The rental is based on 2 guests per bedroom. For every 2 guests, one bedroom will be made available. If guests prefer to use one bedroom per person, an additional nightly fee applies.
Electricity usage includes 80 kWh per night, which is more than sufficient when used consciously. Upon arrival at the airport, a USD 1,000 security deposit is required.
To protect the quality and care invested in this home, parties and events are strictly not allowed. We kindly ask that only calm and respectful guests book this villa, and that the property is treated with the same attention and respect with which it was created.
