The spacious home features 1.5 baths, a equipped kitchen, a large yard, and a distant ocean view. Conveniently located near Bedford Highway, just 12 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from YHZ Airport.

• Quiet stay: Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. No parties or large gatherings, please. The home is best suited for families and respectful guests looking for a peaceful stay.

The mature maple trees surrounding the neighborhood come alive in brilliant shades of red, orange, and golden yellow, creating a stunning autumn landscape right outside your door. It’s a wonderful setting for a relaxing walk or simply enjoying the seasonal beauty from home.
