Great water front home on Cherokee lake offering 28,000 acres of lake and 400 miles of shoreline. We are next to a Marina with great rental rates of half day on Pontoon Boat for $150 plus gas. Home features huge living room and spacious and large kitchen. 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Bring your own boat and rent a slip for $10 a day.

Outdoor pool open May to September

We are only 49 miles from Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg and all that the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer

Only 2 Parking spots in front of home (More spots available at the clubhouse across the street) No trailer parking is allowed
Be courteous to the neighbors and keep the noise level at a minimum. It’s amazing how sound travels over and around the lake.

Beautiful condo on the lake. Extremely clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to update pillows and provide more hand towels for bathrooms. We were provided one hand towel for three bathrooms.

This was our third time staying at this condo. All of our stays have been great! Each time we have stayed here, the owner has made improvements from our prior visit. The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy to load and unload. The unit is also very quiet which makes for a great night’s sleep. The owners are great hosts and they are quick to respond to any questions. The condo is also well stocked with starter supplies and Dollar General is close by if you need to pickup. The condo has been clean and comfortable for all of our visits and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. We have enjoyed all of our stays and we will definitely be back!!!

Condo was very clean, had everything needed to cook a meal, plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable,pool was large and never crowded. View from balcony was amazing. The complex was peaceful and quite. Communication with owner was timely and easy. Would definitely stay here again. Only down fall,if you are traveling with children or teens, there is nothing close by for them to do. If you are planning to stay in this location and want to rent a boat, do so early, they were booked when we arrived.

Calm and peaceful

We had a great time. We started out this weekend trip looking for a striper fishing trip. Which we booked with smokymountainfishingco.com. that led us to finding this condo. It had everything we wanted and needed. it was very clean, it was on the first floor ... Bonus! The view was right over the lake. Quick driving to Morristown where there was plenty of shopping. I love being able to cook if I want to. Do my laundry before leaving. Relax in the evening. This had it all. Very efficient owners and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them. Can't beat the lake view

Lovely condo with a lovely view of the lake. The unit was super clean and bigger than I expected. Loved the board game selection. Used the grill multiple times, the balcony was great. FYI the marina doesn't start renting boats until May 1st. Green Tomato Grill was super duper tasty. Spent a rainy day at the nearby College Square Mall. For a scenic spot check out Elrod Falls. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Week vacation. Great condo and well equipped kitchen. We greatly appreciated owners assistance getting in contact with marina. The boat is not allowed on Vrbo property and must stay at Huff marina. The marina was difficult to get ahold of. Via the Vrbo owner two days before trip we were able to make contact. There is minimal parking and tight for boat trailer so just be aware. Vrbo owners were great w communication on during a water shut off at the condo.

Peaceful stay

Our family of four had an amazing time. Each of our kids had their own space and bathroom, which is an amazing luxury when on vacation. The rental was equipped with everything we could have needed and had a beautiful view of the lake. It was clean, quiet, and exceeded our expectations.
