Sauble Beach Birchwood Cottage 5 min walk to the beach & 10 min walk to strip

Bungalow on a quiet crescent and 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the downtown strip where you will find many cute little shops and restaurants. The large yard is perfect for lawn games.

We have a ductless mini-split air conditioning or heating unit in the cottage (not window units) as well as a natural gas fire place for your comfort.
*Please note that this is NOT a party airbnb. This family friendly cottage is made for relaxing and enjoying all that the town has to offer.

The best part of this home is the location! There is parking for 4 vehicles and you are a 5 minute walking distance from the beach and 10 min walk to all the entertainment and stores located downtown.

Our cottage features three comfortable bedrooms:
1st Bedroom : Queen bed with a closet
2nd Bedroom : Double bed with a dresser, mirror and closet
3rd Bedroom : Double bed and twin bunk beds

Please note : Guests must bring their own bedding, pillowcases, and towels (bathroom, kitchen and beach). We provide toilet paper in the bathroom and paper towel in the kitchen.

- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, kettle, crockpot, etc.
- BBQ with side burner and an extra propane tank in the shed
- Air conditioning (split duct heating/cooling system), as well as a gas fireplace

- Large flat grassy area perfect for yard games
- Access to a shed on the property, which has a few bicycles, a tricycle, bocce, horseshoes, a wagon and a kids toy bin inside
- Fire pit with chairs and tables
- Large deck with built in seating and a table with a sun umbrella for dining outdoors
- Deck is partially covered with a permanent roof under which there are two Muskoka chairs

The whole cottage and property is yours. The water/utility room is the only area locked off.

Check in time is 4 PM on your arrival day and checkout time is at 10 AM.
