Was disappointed by the quality for price. Parking spots were in grass in the backyard. Backyard and porch were dirty with trash. Bathroom floor was peeling up in many places and nonexistent in others. Shower was not clean when we arrived. Kitchen ceiling had water damage. Kitchen counters were covered in contact paper and had many tears. Kitchen had an odd smell and dirty pots and pans. There were random items such as advil bottles, duct tape, other people’s mail and random food containers in the downstairs. Neighbor was loud and not very safe. There was a huge amount of trash over flowing from the trash can outside when we arrived that smelled very bad. The keypad was very difficult to use. The porch light did not work outside. Overall would not stay there again.
