This one-bedroom loft fills with natural light in the heart of downtown, just steps from the riverfront trail where you can stroll or bike. From here, everything is within reach—UNB & STU, the Playhouse, the Beaverbrook Art Gallery, and many cafés and restaurants.
On Saturdays, head to the Boyce Farmers market for coffee, fresh bread, and fruits and veggies.
Tucked away yet close to it all, this loft is a cozy place to land and experience the best of Fredericton!
