The 4 bedrooms offer a mix of queen and single beds, making this ideal for family gatherings and getaways with friends.

- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities. - Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you. - Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services. - Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts. - For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera overlooking the driveway and front yard. They will be on during your stay. - Fencing: The property is fully fenced (see photos) - Air conditioning is only available in the main living room. - This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted). - We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours. - For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds. - After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. - No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted. - NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.
Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.
Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
