Welcome to our three bedroom home designed for comfort and easy living.

Upstairs the master suite features a luxurious super king bed, a sunny aspect and a generous ensuite.

Downstairs you'll find two inviting queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom - perfect for families or groups.

The heart of the home is a large, open-plan living space that soaks up all-day sun and flows out to a peaceful garden, with privacy, elevated views and a glimpse of the sea. It's a calm and relaxing place to unwind after a day out. Perfect for couples travelling together, families or professionals seeking a relaxed, spacious base with easy access to the beach, parks and local village life.

Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, the home enjoys a peaceful, private setting with a friendly, family-orientated neighbourhood.

We were happy to host this family while they visited New Plymouth to spend time with family living in Fitzroy, and enjoy all the handy walks around this location. They communicated well with us, respected our place and left it tidy and in good condition. We would gladly welcome this family back.

What a pleasure staying at this property. The Host was very accommodating with our request to bring along our canine, : Wilson and also our very late arrival. The house was lovely and warm, not only the central heating but during the day, loads of sunshine. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. The whole house was spotlessly clean and had such a homely feel. Highly recommend this property, it does not disappoint as also in an awesome location. Gratitude to the Host.

While we won't be on-site during your stay, we're available if you need anything and want you to feel completely at home.

You're also just a short stroll to a scenic lake, a nearby golf course, and the popular Fitzroy Beach - ideal for swimming, surfing and sunset walks. The popular coastal walkway is also nearby, offering beautiful ocean views along with some excellent cafe spots to stop in and enjoy along the way. It's a peaceful yet well-connected spot that captures the best of coastal living.
