Traumerei Oceanfront Pet Friendly - This Litchfield Beach oceanfront beach home features 6 bedrooms (4 on main floor, 2 ground level with outside access only) and 4 baths (3 main, 1 downstairs). It has been a family favorite for generations known to many as the "flag house". Enjoy a walk through history as you explore the many flags available on the screened porch to fly on the private beach walkway!

The master bedroom features a floor to ceiling wall of windows to show off the ocean view. Other wonderful amenities include: Ocean view Beachside Screen Porch with Rockers and Hammock, Large Open Deck and Beachside Lookout with Beach Steps, Beverage Refrigerator, Keurig Coffee Maker, Cable TV's, High-Speed Internet Access, Beach-Oriented Library, Festive Flag Collection, Outside Shower, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, and Central AC/Heat.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
