Welcome to The Depot — a spacious and functional group stay designed exclusively for one booking at a time. Whether you’re here for work, sport, events, or a group getaway, you’ll enjoy private access to the property with flexible bedroom configurations to suit your group size.

Bedrooms & Layout
The Depot features a flexible sleeping setup designed for groups of different sizes:
• 7 bedrooms total / 12 beds
• 4 × Private King Single Bedrooms
• 2 × Twin Bedrooms with 2 king single beds in each room
• 1 × Group Bedroom with 4 king single beds
All bedrooms are private to your group booking and allocated according to guest numbers.

Living Spaces
• Two separate living areas for group flexibility
• Main lounge includes TV for entertainment and relaxation
• Additional living area for meetings, downtime, or quiet separation
Ideal for larger groups wanting both shared social spaces and room to spread out.

Kitchen & Dining
• Large fully equipped shared kitchen with 2 stoves and 2 sinks
• Dishwasher for easy clean-up
• Spacious communal dining area for group meals and gatherings

Bathrooms & Facilities
• Shared bathroom facilities
• 2 additional separate toilets for convenience

Outdoor Area
• Outdoor seating area for relaxing and socialising

• Base rate includes 4 guests and 4 private bedrooms
• Additional guests charged per person, per night
• Bedrooms are allocated based on guest numbers
• Unused bedrooms may remain locked during the stay
• Two living areas including TV lounge
• Central Ōpōtiki location close to town, beaches, and amenities
• Secure off-street parking at neighbouring carpark with CCTV
• Laundromat area is not accessible to guests

Damage Deposit
A $250 pre-authorisation hold is required 2 days prior to check-in. This is not a charge and is released after checkout if no issues arise.
House Rules

• Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property at all times
• Please respect neighbours — no excessive noise, especially in the evenings
• No smoking
• The property must be left tidy, with dishes washed and rubbish removed
• Furniture must not be moved between rooms
• Please treat the home with care and report any damage immediately
• Commercial use, functions, or unapproved group activities are not permitted
