We've tried to include all the little things that make travelling easier, so you can simply unpack, relax, and enjoy your time in Melbourne.
Our bright, ground-floor apartment is just a short stroll from St Kilda Beach, cafés and trams, with free secure parking and your own private courtyard. Whether you're here for a beach getaway, concerts, the Formula 1 Grand Prix, or simply exploring Melbourne, we hope you'll feel right at home.

If you'd rather leave the car behind, the tram is only a short walk away, making it easy to explore St Kilda Beach, Albert Park, Melbourne CBD, cafés, restaurants, shopping, concerts, and major events like the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

I chose this area because St Kilda offers the perfect mix of lifestyle, convenience, and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a place where you can enjoy the beach, cafés, parks, and local culture, while still being very close to Melbourne CBD.

What I enjoy most is how easy and effortless life feels here. You can walk to nearby shops, grab a coffee, or take a quick tram from St Kilda Road or Chapel Street to explore the city. Public transport also makes it simple to reach the University of Melbourne, even without a car.

It’s also a wonderful area for families, with a free outdoor playground just 50 metres away, sandy beach fun, and the unique experience of watching penguins at sunset near the breakwater. Luna Park is close by for a bit of nostalgia and fun.

For dining and nightlife, Chapel Street in South Yarra offers vibrant bars and restaurants, and the CBD is only a short tram ride away.

St Kilda has a warm, welcoming charm—peaceful by the beach, yet vibrant, full of life, and rich in character.
