Outdoor Amenities
• Garden with Gazebo: Enjoy quiet conversations or moments of reflection in the garden, featuring a charming gazebo perfect for peaceful chats and dining.
• Swimming Pool: Soothe your tired muscles in the refreshing swimming pool, an excellent way to unwind after a long day of tours at the Falls.
The pool (not heated) opens end May/ First week of June. Garden and gazebo view, as well as a pool view, are available as you step out of the unit.

Your stay includes a master bedroom with Queen's bed for 1 or 2 guests, Work station, another room with 1 Double bed and a single bed, small walk-in closet, closet, a 3-piece bathroom, wardrobe, dresser, Kitchen space with stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, Toaster, cabinet space, dining area, swimming pool (swim at your own risk: no lifeguard on site), Gazebo for dining. Enjoy your coffee, breakfast, or dinner in the gazebo with an outdoor fireplace beside the still waters,
A power outlet is available in the Gazebo. Extra lamp stands will be provided on request.

• Shaded Garden Seat: Find respite beneath a large tree, where a comfortable garden seat awaits, offering a haven during hot summer days.

2 parking spots are available.

Pets are not allowed.

Location: 15 minutes to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, Falls restaurants, GO train station, 5 minutes to shopping malls, printing shops, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, 15 minutes to Niagara out-let mall..

Toronto: Take the GO train from the GO train terminal (15 minutes by Uber). 2 hours to Toronto.

To go to Windsor, ON You could either take a ride share, or get travel by Via .Rail. Niagara Falls Via Rail to Aldershot, and connect to Via Rail to Windsor ON.

Our host Regina was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The basement apartment was clean and air-conditioned, however there was no tv so we had to entertain ourselves. The pool was wonderful when it became really hot during our stay. Since the upstairs part of the house is shared accommodations there is a chance you could be sharing the pool with other renters. We did run into a problem with the upstairs tenants making a lot of noise during the night. Regina did reimburse me some money for the inconvenience. A nice place to stay.

Thank you for your review. I appreciate your feedback. The listing does not state that a TV is provided, but your point is well taken. Regarding the upstairs bedrooms: There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. If I had been informed—or if the pool technician had been made aware—there may have been an opportunity to move the "noisy" guests staying directly above your basement room to the other bedroom, which is farther away. This could have helped reduce any noise or disturbance. I apologize that this did not happen. Context from that evening: Unfortunately, local Niagara Falls news reported that there had been shootings at a party that night, resulting in two deaths. According to the pool technician, who was on site around midnight, the young guests from the US staying upstairs returned before midnight. It is possible they were unsettled by the commotion in the streets. Thank you very much for your stay, and I am happy you enjoyed the pool.
