Our Farmstead Townhome is approximately 10 miles, or a 15-minute drive, from Downtown Galena 1.5 miles from the GTA Owner's Club, which features pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center. We are dog-friendly!

*Enjoy Golf Benefits* Guests of this home have access to our Golf Membership at Eagle Ridge, which provides preferred rates and tee times at The General, The North Course, and The South Course! Contact us for details.

Welcome to our 3-bed 3-bath Farmstead townhome. You will delight in this thoughtfully designed end unit. We can sleep up to 8 guests. Combine it with our other unit next door and sleep your larger group!

*Comfort Everywhere – 3 full bathrooms, one on each level
* Prime Location – In the resort core near the Inn & Spa; perfect for weddings, special events, or family getaways.
* Exclusive GTA Owners Club Access: Indoor pool (year-round) & outdoor pool w/slides (Memorial Day–Labor Day) Kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, basketball & tennis courts, playground, snack bar, free WiFi
* Explore the Territory - Lake Galena, Shenandoah Riding Center, and 6,800 acres of hiking trails.
Please note that the number of access cards provided may not accommodate your entire group; additional guest passes can be purchased for $5 per day at the GTA administrative office or pool entrance. Access to the Owners Club is included with your stay, but some amenities may require a fee. Availability of all amenities is not guaranteed, and no refunds or discounts will be provided in the event of closures.

Booking & Stay Details:
30% down at booking (payment, not deposit); full balance due 14 days before check-in
Cancel before 14 days = refund minus $35; within 14 days = non-refundable
Electronic rental agreement required (sign within 48 hours)
Guest must be 25+ and present during the entire stay
Amenities are exclusive but subject to availability; no refunds for closures
Travel insurance is strongly recommended

I absolutely adored this home. I can't say enough about the little extra touches that made a big difference. The extra cups and cookware, the extra and great towels, the little products provided in the bathrooms, the creamer in the fridge and the snacks...it was so sweet and made it such a wonderful safe.

This place is so great! Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Renee was great to work with and we didn’t need a thing during our stay. Bed linens were great and the kitchen was so well-equipped with everything you’d need to cook. It was a such a nice touch to have high end coffee (and plenty of it) during our stay.

Amazing stay. This townhouse had lots of extra touches I usually don’t see. Extra spices in kitchen. Plenty of soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags etc. the place was a perfect size for a girls weekend. Cozy in the living room but with a bedroom on each level there was a peace and quiet when desired

We stayed at the property with six girlfriends, celebrating our 40th birthdays!! The location was very quiet,, 15 minute drive to downtown Galena shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean, very well stocked, we had absolutely everything we needed while we were there. We would definitely stay again!
