The main level features an airy, open layout with high ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace as the focal point of the main living space. Whether you’re reading, enjoying dinner together, or relaxing with entertainment after skiing or hiking, the space accommodates it all comfortably. The lower level includes an additional lounge that functions as a media room complete with a wet bar - perfect for film evenings or peaceful downtime.



Kitchen & dining

Whether you’re preparing a quick meal before hitting the slopes or cooking a leisurely dinner, the kitchen provides ample workspace with extensive countertops and a spacious island. Start your day with breakfast and coffee in this well-equipped culinary space. Slip out to the balcony and cook up dinner on the BBQ while soaking in the alpine views.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level is home to the primary bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite with both a soaking tub and a separate shower. This level also includes two additional bedrooms - one with two twin beds, and a tri-bunk room that’s perfect for kids. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. Downstairs, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed sits next to another full bathroom, offering a more private retreat.

On crisp winter evenings, unwind in the hot tub as steam rises into the night air, or gather around the outdoor fireplace before heading inside. The patio and balconies overlook Fitzsimmons Creek, creating a peaceful setting in every season.

Set in the peaceful Fitzsimmons Walk complex, just north of Whistler Village, the townhouse sits along the Valley Trail beside Fitzsimmons Creek. The location is quiet yet walkable, with gondolas, shops, and restaurants reachable on foot. Nesters Market is across the road, making it easy to settle in without needing a car.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.



Getting Around:

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll

• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants

• 2-minute drive to the Whistler day parking lots

• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails

• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
