Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment.



As a guest in the Waterside building, you'll also have access to a fantastic range of shared amenities, including:

- Convenient shared laundry facilities with oversized washers & dryers, pay per use.

As the property is set along a pedestrian promenade, initial access may require a bit of guidance. Comprehensive arrival instructions will be shared to ensure a seamless experience.

As the property is set along a pedestrian promenade, initial access to obtain keys/fob for your stay will be from the main entrance on foot. Access via the carpark or any entrance during your stay is straightforward once you have the keys. We'll be sure to share detailed instructions once we confirm how you will be arriving (car, ferry, etc.)
